- The space between neurons are widened when we sleep and the clogs are washed
- Sleep at least 8 hours.
- Make a day of connection. Reach out to others.
- Move more.
- At least 44 (22+22) minutes of active time.

- A move from chi gong or yoga
- Rest in child’s pose on your bed to stretch your back out
Do Something That Inspires Creativity (5-20 min)
- Do something that motivates you like reading a book
Chart Out Your Day
- Take a pen and paper and write down what you’ll accomplish that day.
