Video 1 – Supercharge Your Health: Start Busting Brain Fog

  • Use incandescent lightbulbs in the bedroom
    • Fluorescent lights blue light tells the pineal gland it’s still daytime. Incandescent lightbulbs make the brain secrete melatonin
  • Make the temperature in the bedroom 68 degrees.
    • The space between neurons are widened when we sleep and the clogs are washed
  • Sleep at least 8 hours.
  • Make a day of connection. Reach out to others.
  • Move more.
    • At least 44 (22+22) minutes of active time.

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1-2 ounces water
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional-lemon or orange juice

 

Video 3 – How to Reclaim Your Day & Avoid Procrastination

Morning (15 min-1 Hour)

Connect to Your Body

  • Put your feet on the ground and just rest in gratitude
  • A move from chi gong or yoga
  • Rest in child’s pose on your bed to stretch your back out

Do Something That Inspires Creativity (5-20 min)

  • Do something that motivates you like reading a book

Chart Out Your Day

  • Take a pen and paper and write down what you’ll accomplish that day.
